Queste gocce si formano con lo scioglimento della brina, sono rade e pesanti, infatti precipitano a terra in breve tempo. Sono meno belle di quelle prodotte dalla rugiada, che imperla il fiore di tante minuscole goccioline ben allineate sui petali, tuttavia hanno il loro fascino perchè ognuna racchiude un pezzo di cielo e di terra, un piccolo mondo al rovescio.
