#Music #Concerti #Lights #Piazze #Spotlight

Suggestive for the lights in the scene. I remember that period and some of the most beautiful songs of the 80s with pleasure.

The photo deserves and is the right tribute to an icon of 80s/90s pop. Frontman of Spandau Ballet, author and performer of songs that are still current and very enjoyable. At that time a "pisitive" rivalry had opened up with Duran Duran", as if to say Beatles Vs Rolling Stones, or in sport the derbies of the city. Good times my friend. But maybe they disappoint you, but this music is not for me. As an amateur guitarist I come from the culture of progressive rock, hard, pop, blues. Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Genesis, Deep Purple, Black Sabat , B.B King, Jhon Lee Hooker above all.
Technically well executed image. Congratulations.
Bye gios ;-)

@ Gios :
thank you for your nice comment and you can immediately understand how much and what your musical culture is.
In the middle of the 80s I took my first steps in free radio and consequently also something in the disco, although I preferred mixer and microphone. As you described those were the years of the dualism between Spandau and Duran, Tony also talked about it in the concert remembered the "Crazy" years of the Festival.
The caliber of the groups you mentioned later is of a very high caliber, too bad that nowadays there are neither one nor the other.
Thank you also for the photographic appreZZation.

I, who was a teenager in the 80s and therefore experienced firsthand the alleged rivalry between Spandau and Duran, can only appreciate this proposal of yours. He then has an unmistakable voice as well as beautiful. That said, excellent shot with excellent light and a suggestive combination of colors. Congratulations.

if I'm not mistaken he also made a song with Caparezza... even if I consider myself sick for Black and White I like both photos... greetings from Peter :-)

@ Peter :
you're not wrong at all Peter.
Tony Hadley has done numerous collaborations, let's say not all of them are successful wonders, but in times of famine they try to bring home the loaf of bread with skill.
Thank you for commenting and favoring it.

"you try to bring home the loaf of bread with skill." ahahah you reminded me of a saying I had learned in Calabria many years ago: "you work you struggle, for the belly... "Not every day is Sunday, even if I have my favorite singers who like any song I love ... for example, Sia, Elisa Toffanin (it seems to me that this is how she has the surname), Adele... well I'm sick for BN but I realized that they pull the colors above all in bags so similar I'm not a technician to a I understand many things in photography, for example I never shoot with external flash but I think that in shots like this for sure you do with external flash, or not? if you want to diminish my ignorance thank you in advance... good continuation and b. weekend from Peter :-)

@ Peter :
unfortunately no external flash.
In a very intimate concert like this, if you started shooting with the flash, there is a risk of ending up in front of the firing squad... :-o
The difficulty lies in this, having to use the stage lights that obviously change without any warning.
It's a bit of a wheel of fortune.

Nice photo that keeps the classic atmosphere of the concerts intact. My brother liked Spandau Ballet a lot at the time (and maybe still :-D today)
