Nella mia vita, mai e poi mai avrei pensato di ritrovarmi qui a menzionare queste tre cose nella stessa frase: le Alpi Apuane, le giunchiglie...e l'aurora boreale. Eh si, proprio l'aurora boreale - avete capito bene! Se per sbaglio avete alzato il naso verso il cielo ieri sera (al momento giusto), potreste aver notato un bagliore "strano" all'orizzonte, verso nord-ovest. Ecco, quella era l'aurora boreale più forte degli ultimi 20 anni circa. Erano le 10 e stavo andando a letto - quando la mia ragazza mi fa guardare fuori e si vedeva bene che c'era un'aurora.. A Calavorno. Non capivo se era un sogno. Di fretta e furia, si decide di comune accordo di rivestirsi e farsi una scampagnata sul Monte Croce - l'idea delle giunchiglie mi stuzzicava in quanto rendeva ancor più inusuale ed unica quest'"accozzaglia" di fenomeni naturali. Io ero partito con l'idea che si sarebbe arrivati su e SICURAMENTE dell'aurora non ce ne sarebbe stata più ombra, ma insomma tentar non nuoce.. Ed invece sbam! La fioritura non era ancora al picco quindi mi sono tenuto poco sotto la vetta dove ho trovato più giunchiglie. Eccole qui: le Alpi Apuane (il gruppo delle Panie in foto), le giunchiglie e l'aurora boreale. Ancora stento a crederci. #AuroraBorealeInItalia
