Per quanto riguarda la distanza non so dire, la foto è stata scattata a 200mm quindi c'è una compressione prospettica.
Fra la linea delle persone ed il cono c'era una piccola valle, ma cmq erano tutti molto vicini e solo pochi con il casco (io lo avevo - il casco è fondamentale per la protezione in caso di rocce lanciate in aria)
Questa foto è stata scattata il primo giorno della prima eruzione nella penisola di Reykjanes in islanda. Erano più di 800 anni che non c'era stata un'edizione in quell'area.
Quindi le persone che erano lì (compreso me) hanno dovuto camminare per molti km senza sentiero su terreno impervio.
Nei giorni successivi furono costruiti i sentieri per permettere alle persone di arrivare in zona.
Questa eruzione durò sei mesi. Dopo di questa c'è ne sono state altre quattro (fino ad ora)
