La Tenuta di Marinella si trova nel comune di Sarzana, proprio sul confine fra Liguria e Toscana. Passata dalla proprietà della famiglia Fabbricotti e poi del Monte dei Paschi alla proprietà di Marinella SpA, società in corso di liquidazione, è racchiusa tra il mare e le Apuane. Il complesso abitativo è in evidente stato di abbandono, ma la Tenuta (500 ettari) è molto frequentata dagli abitanti del luogo e non solo per la possibilità di passeggiare, a piedi o in bicicletta, immersi nel verde.
