Ogni volta che faccio visita a Montecarlo mi ritrovo con qualche nuovo grattacielo in costruzione che alla velocità supersonica si erge per decine e decine di piani rubando spazio al cielo: il motivo ? Montecarlo rimane la città più costosa al mondo nel segmento residenziale di proprietà, con un prezzo medio per metro quadrato di oltre 48mila euro.
