Guadagnolo è una frazione del comune di Capranica Prenestina. Situato sul Monte Guadagnolo (1.218 m s.l.m.), che è la montagna più alta dei Monti Prenestini nel Subappennino laziale. E' il centro abitato non comunale più alto del Lazio, e conta solo 56 abitanti. Poco distante, sul versante est ad una quota più bassa, è presente il Santuario della Mentorella.
