Considera ora solo gli stop tempi-diaframmi-iso (lascia stare le frazioni di stop anche se sai che esistono) .. -La scala-stop dei diaframmi è questa: f/1,4 - f/2 - f/2,8 - f/4 - f/5,6 - f/8 - f/11 - f/16 - f/22 - f/32 -La scala-stop dei tempi è questa: 30 secondi - 15 sec. - 8 sec. - 4 sec. - 2 sec. - 1 secondo - 1/2 secondo - 1/4 di secondo - 1/8 di sec. - 1/15 di sec. - 1/30 di sec. - 1/60 di sec. - 1/125 di sec. - 1/250 di sec. - 1/500 di sec. - 1/1000 di sec. - 1/2000 di sec. - 1/4000 di sec. etc.. -La scala-stop degli iso è questa: iso 25, iso 50, iso 100, iso 200, iso 400, iso 800, iso 1600, iso 3200, iso 6400, iso 12800, iso 25600, etc...
Se mantenevi ad esempio 1/60sec. e alzavi di 2 stop gli iso potevi lavorare a 400iso , di conseguenza potevi chiudere di 2 stop il diaframma ovvero f.8 . risultato: 1/60sec, 400iso, f,8
Con un'ottica stabilizzata da 4 stop in teoria a mano libera con appoggio (sdraiata con i gomiti a terra) potresti scendere da 1/60sec. a 1/4 di sec. ... nella realtà sarà più credibile a 1/15sec. Questo si traduce nella gestione di 3 stop spalmabili nella scala iso, dei tempi e dei diaframmi.. Potresti scendere a 1/30sec. ma ad esempio chiudere a f,11 e ridurre gli iso a 200 .
La tua paura è il rumore digitale? Questo e proporzioale agli iso ma amche alla presenza di zone in ombra: -usando il treppiede potresto contrastatre il potenziale e leggero rumore digitale cn l'usodi un pannello riflettente bianco/dorato -a mano libera puoi ricorrere ad un led anulare non invasivo a luce continua che puoi depotenziare (luce di riempimento)
Ti consiglio il led anulare della Meike fc100 che non costa uno sproposito (50 euro c.a.) e che può darti qualche soddisfazione (vedi ad esempio nei controluce). L'anulare è dotato di 7 anelli di riduzione ra i 55 ed i 77 mm e 7 livelli di potenza.

With a view stabilized by 4 stops in theory freehand with support (lying down with your elbows on the ground) you could go down to 1/60sec. to 1/4 sec. ... in reality will be more credible to 1/15sec. This results in the management of 3 stop spreads in iso scale, of the times and diaphragms .. You could go down to 1/30sec. but for example close af, 11 and reduce the iso to 200.
Your fear is the digital noise? This and proporzioale to iso but amche the presence of shadow areas: -Using the tripod potresto contrastatre the potential noise and lightKing Digital cn usodi a reflector white / golden -A free hand you can use an LED ring non-invasive continuous light that can weaken (fill light)
I would recommend the LED ring of Meike fc100 that does not cost an outrageous (approx 50 euro) and that can give you some satisfaction (see, for example, in the backlight). The ring finger is equipped with 7 rings reduction ra 55 and 77 mm and 7 power levels.
