Curiosità: Da un documento si evince che Padre Gemelli donò a Manzù le scaglie d'oro risultanti dalla realizzazione delle opere di oreficeria, invitando l'artista a utilizzarle per farne una fede nuziale che Manzù utilizzò qualche anno più tardi sposando Antonia Orena nella basilica di Sant'Ambrogio.
