Del sacro edificio, celebre per la sua fonte di “ acqua buona per le febbri”, ed un tempo custodita da un eremita, si hanno notizie dal 1292; sarebbe stata ricostruita nel 1488 sul luogo dove la credenza popolare vuole che S. Giuliano si sia ritirato a vita spirituale in espiazione dell'uccisione dei suoceri per tragico errore di gelosia nei confronti della sua bella consorte. L'attuale edificio risale al 1868 ...
