Questa orchidea nasce spontaneamente sui Monti Iblei. E' un piacere trovarne una, anche perché sono diventate molto rare. Altre specie sono del tutto scomparse...colpa del clima, della siccità, dell'inquinamento atmosferico. Colpa dell'uomo del secolo scorso...colpa nostra...non ci resta che pregare il buon Dio affinché i nostri figli, i nostri nipoti, possono trovare un mondo migliore.
