Praga è attraversata dalla Moldava, il fiume più lungo della Repubblica Ceca: nasce nella selva boema e confluisce nel fiume Elba dopo aver attraversato importanti città come Český Krumlov e Budějovice. Nella capitale ceca, il fiume scorre sotto uno dei simboli nazionali più famosi, lo storico Ponte Carlo costruito nel Trecento e oggi affollatissimo a tutte le ore del giorno e della sera. Il Ponte Carlo è sempre affollato di turisti che lo animano festosamente Praga è sempre invasa di gente di ogni parte del mondo. Dal Ponte si raggiunge la piazza dell'Orologio, la piazza della Città Vecchia, luoghi iconici e molto famosi di questa meravigliosa città. Sul ponte si passeggia, ci si ferma a fare le foto e a guardare la Moldova giù in basso e il Castello in alto sulla sua collina. Una delle tante leggende del ponte, narra che sotto le arcate, vivono molti folletti che salvano le anime di colore che annegano nelle acque.
