Sale San Giovanni – Fioritura 2020 A causa dell'emergenza Covid-19, la Fiera Non Solo Erbe 2020 prevista per il 27 e 28 giugno è stata annullata. È comunque possibile godere della massima fioritura della lavanda dal 20 giugno al 5 luglio 2020. Per farlo potete scaricare i percorsi proposti direttamente sul sito del Comune di Sale San Giovanni. Durante i fine settimana, a partire da sabato 6 giugno fino a domenica 5 luglio 2020, le strade comunali che conducono ai campi di lavanda saranno percorribili dai turisti soltanto a piedi o con biciclette spinte a mano. L'accesso con veicoli a motore sarà consentito esclusivamente ai mezzi di polizia e soccorso, alle persone diversamente abili, ai residenti ed autorizzati, ai mezzi agricoli. Il periodo di massima fioritura della lavanda quest'anno è previsto da metà giugno a circa metà luglio. Successivamente si provvederà al taglio ed alla raccolta dei fiori che verranno trasformati, mediante distillazione, in profumatissimo olio essenziale biologico oppure essicati.
