2017. Australia (Queensland del Nord). Siamo nel Parco nazionale della Daintree Forest e precisamente a Cape Tribulation; nome dato dal capitano James Cook perché qui incontrò enormi difficoltà per sbarcare (nel 1770) a causa delle barriere coralline. Arrivando su queste spiagge ci si accorge di essere in luoghi ai margini del turismo di massa e si riesce a percepire quel sentimento di scoperta e ammirazione che probabilmente provarono gli antichi esploratori. Natura incontaminata con spiagge bianche e lunghissime, acque turchesi e coralli ma anche coccodrilli (per la presenza di molti fiumi) e meduse velenose. Come si evince dalla foto alle spalle della spiaggia c'è la Daintree Forest la foresta pluviale più antica della terra. #Australia #sea #mare
