Stilluptal, Tirol ... agosto 2019 ... Il romantico e selvaggio bacino del rio Stillupbach costituisce la più piccola, ma non per questo la meno interessante, delle quattro vallate laterali attorno alla rinomata località turistica di Mayrhofen, nel cuore delle Zillertaler Alpen. Quel giorno ci attendeva una lunga, faticosa, ed a conti fatti assai remunerativa escursione per raggiungere i 2178 metri del rifugio Kasseler, posto dinanzi alla spettacolare cima del Grosser Loffer; la tabella di marcia prevedeva passo spedito e poche divagazioni fotografiche, ma neanche il tempo di prendere il giusto ritmo di camminata che le acque dello Stillupspeicher e la bruma freschissima del primo mattino mi hanno regalato questa visione ... e la prima sosta è stata inevitabile! ...
