La torre Vigliena si trova nella zona di Punta Braccetto a pochi chilometri da Punta Secca, si tratta di una torre di difesa, come se ne trovano tante sulle coste siciliane, tutte in comunicazione tra di loro, la sua costruzione risale al 1595. E' un luogo a me caro perchè nelle vicinanze di questa torre c'è appunto la spiaggia di Punta Braccetto, dove da piccola ho trascorso tante belle giornate, la mia mamma preparava gli arancini e li mangiavamo a spiaggia.
