Ci troviamo a Morinesio, un delizioso piccolo borgo con case in pietra e legno e strade interne in pietra naturale, situato nel Comune di Stroppo in Provincia di Cuneo a circa 1500 metri di altezza, in splendida posizione assolata, sulle pendici del monte Nebin: un balcone naturale con vista spettacolare sulle Alpi Cozie. Le costruzioni tipiche della zona sono di architettura alpina occitana/provenzale alpina edificate nel corso del XVIII secolo, ristrutturate nel rigoroso rispetto degli endemismi locali, mediante l'uso esclusivo di materiali naturali ed eco-compatibili.
