Fischietti di terracotta di Rutigliano Sono tra i souvenir più belli della Puglia i Fischietti di terracotta di Rutigliano, piccole creazioni artistiche dai colori vivaci e le forme bizzarre, realizzati e decorati a mano. Fischiano tutti: il galletto che è icona dell'artigianato figulo ma anche il toro e il pesce, il carabinere, il politico in vista, il prete allegrotto, attori e personaggi famosi, riprodotti con ironiche caricature. Tra sacro e profano l'argilla lavorata da secoli da abili artigiani è diventata una vera arte, tanto che ai Fischietti di terracotta di Rutigliano sono dedicati un monumento, un museo e una grande fiera.
