@Vigna88: credo che Fabyx abbia ragione, coloro che sono molto più esperti di me in materia di pesci mi dissero che i pesci gatto non sono autoctoni nelle nostre acque.. sono stati immessi dall'uomo per essere "spremuti" per ricavarne le uova... certo i pescatori occidentali non vedono di buon occhio questi spietati e agguerriti concorrenti, ben più bravi e capaci di loro... forse i pescatori cinesi non ebbero tutti i torti ad inventare il metodo di pesca "con il cormorano" ...

Come ho già detto a Fabyx in mp aveva ragione. Sul fatto che è alloctono ma ci siamo chiariti sul fatto delle 2 varieta di barbo inserite in due periodi storici diversi quella da lui citata che non supera i 30 cm e ha un ottimo sapore inserita un secolo addietro circa senza troppi problemi mentre la seconda inserita circa una 20ina d'anni fà più grande circa 50 70 cm molto meno saporita e piena di spine che ha fatto ammalare e quasi scomparire la prima importata
