L'ospizio della Trinità, edificio quattrocentesco, nasce nel quartiere Villa in Via Roma a Valgrana. La struttura era destinata ad accogliere i pellegrini. Nascosto in un cortile, regala la suggestione dello scorrere dei secoli, è meritevole di visita per la straordinarietà del suo affresco realizzato dai fratelli Biasacci di Busca intorno al 1460-1470 rappresentante la Trinità, raffigurata secondo l'iconografia orizzontale: Padre, Figlio e Spirito Santo visti come tre busti maschili identici, che emergono dal medesimo corpo benedicendo e tenendo un libro in mano. La rappresentazione orizzontale è stata rimossa da tutti gli edifici, in quanto giudicati irrispettosa della figura divina. Valgrana rappresenta uno dei pochi esempi salvatisi nel corso dei secoli.
