Alberobello e i suoi trulli, come ho già scritto in didascalia a una foto postata qualche tempo fa, sono una tappa obbligata delle mie vacanze in Puglia, la mia città dista pochi chilometri, e spesso la sera, per sfuggire dal caldo afoso, si parte e si va tutti a mangiare "la carne alla brace" in una delle tante macellerie con tavoli all'aperto di Alberobello. I cenni storici sui trulli li ho già dati nell'altro post, questa volta invece, vi racconto un episodio quasi di giornata, o meglio di serata. Era un po' che con i miei amici non si andava a cenare a Terra Madre, una trattoria in piazza Sacramento, non distante dal Trullo Sovrano, dove puoi gustare la vera cucina pugliese, senza creatività culinarie da grande chef. Un nostro amico, sulle prime, era scettico e sapete perché? Il 26 luglio del 2016, alle undici di sera, arrivò a Terra Madre, senza alcun preavviso, la grande star italo-americana: Madonna. Cenò nell'orto, sotto gli ulivi, fu carinissima con tutto lo staff, e si fece fotografare con tutti. Dopo questo colpo grosso, a detta del nostro amico, senz'altro la trattoria aveva acquisito un blasone in più, che avrebbe pesato sul conto. E la sottoscritta: “ Ma figurati!...E se anche fosse, non andremo in malora per qualche decina di euro in più”. Ci siamo andati e, sorpresa delle sorprese, non abbiamo pagato assolutamente il pedaggio pop star. Antipasti da urlo, orecchiette con le polpettine, involtini al sugo etc..etc..con gelato e caffè, a 24 euro. A questi prezzi, adesso ce la godiamo e Terra Madre, può star tranquilla che ci vedrà quasi tutte le sere. Commenti e consigli sempre graditi. Grazie.
