at 24mm, 1/200 f/8.0, ISO 200, hand held. Parco RTO - Rile-Tenore-Olona, Italy.

Commenti e critiche come sempre graditi. #Infrarosso #Infrared

Well, Marco, it seems to me that your new purchase is giving really good results!
However, even this your second photo posted with IR filter convinces me that the choice of 690 nm was definitely winning!
I really like it, very good!
Hello and good evening!

Massimo :-)

Thanks Massimo for having appreciated this second test with the d70. Unpretentious photo made behind the right home to experience a different post production ;-)
The IR images seen around and made with the 720 nm filter do not really like it because it closes too much to the visible spectrum while the 690 nm mixes well infrared and not.
Hello.
Marco

Hello Paul, thanks for the competent and constructive comment and thanks for the welcome to the club ;-)
I saw some of your IR photos and before you get to your levels I still have to do it on the way ...!
So far I have tried only two objectives because in the 'black list' of those that could give problems of white spots in the middle I found someone who is part of my kit.
I noticed that the quality also depends on the aperture set. For experiments made up to now around f8 the best yield is obtained. With a more open or very closed diaphragm it gets worse.
I would be very pleased if we could organize a photo output :-)

Thanks Rinaldo for the ride. I'm glad you understood the sense of experimentation to improve with practice and be able to discover something new every time.
