Parco Delta del Po - Sacca degli Scardovari - Porto Tolle (RO) - Una barca a motore passa velocemente provocando un leggero moto ondoso che increspa le placide acque della Sacca. Mi sono sbagliato, l'obiettivo usato è il Nikon 24-120 f/4.

Fabrizio s53:-P la Sacca degli Scardovari è un grande "orto marino" dove vengono coltivate cozze e vongole. La cozza di Scardovari è l'unica in Europa che si fregia della DOP. I trespoli di legno servono per l'allevamento delle cozze che vengono immerse nell'acqua salmastra in piccole reti attaccate a dei fili. Credo rimangano lì una decina di mesi e poi sono pronte per l'impianto di stabulazione; mentre le vongole vengono seminate sui fondali sabbiosi e raccolte successivamente con appositi rastrelli.
