Passeggiando per i vicoli di Trastevere, ho visto davanti alla vetrina di un ristorante, che conosco, e dove, vi garantisco, si mangia benissimo, quest'esposizione godereccia, per chi, come me, ama la pasta. Perdonate, ma non ho saputo resistere alla tentazione di fare click con la mia 6D. Per la pasta fresca, so benissimo che regioni come, l'Emilia Romagna, le Marche e l'Umbria si contendono il "primato", ma, datemi retta, a Roma, nei posti tipici, se in cucina ci stanno le donne di "una volta", a farla a mano, e a tirare ancora la sfoglia col mattarello, nun ce so' cavoli. Un piatto così, vi rimette al mondo...e ogni tanto: al diavolo la dieta. Consigli, commenti e critiche sempre super graditi.
