Mi hanno sempre attratto i binari ed i treni in transito. Forse perché mio nonno era ferroviere, quando esserlo significava appartenere ad una categoria privilegiata. O forse perché ho sempre paragonato la vita ad un lungo binario. Ha un origine ed una fine e noi siamo il treno, che scorre lungo questo binario. I nostri anni che passano li vediamo dai finestrini. Ci saranno tante fermate, ma il treno inesorabilmente proseguirà la sua corsa;
