Scusami Massimo, rispondo solo ora al tuo quesito sulla Silene dioica, purtroppo in questo periodo non riesco a trovare molto tempo nemmeno per la fotografia.
Comunque nella tradizione friulana l'uso di erbe e radici è presente in moltissime ricette che come ben capirai si diversicano da vallata a vallata. I tortei di voreles di lieur e scuete, sono un esempio tipico della cucina della Carnia.
Personalmente non gli ho mai assaggiati, ma in occasione di qualche prossima sagra, dove è più facile vengano riproposti piatti della tradizione locale, vedrò di colmare questa lacuna e te lo farò sapere.
