La ballerina rappresenta, a mio modo di vedere, la Venezia leggiadra, elegante, di gran classe e cultura, la Venezia delle tradizioni e la Venezia della bellezza. Lo sfondo mi racconta un po' della Venezia che muore, che fatica a vincere il trascorrere del tempo ma resiste (per la fortuna dell'umanità).
