Laguna di Venezia - Bocche di porto di Punta Sabbioni - 22 agosto 2015. Cotylorhiza tuberculata.

Damn it must be big! Beautiful shot! It makes us know one of the types of jellyfish that populate the lagoon of Venice. In the past, starting with the vaporetto from Punta Sabbioni for Riva degli Schiavoni, I have seen so many large jellyfish and in impressive concentrations! This shot represents a beautiful document and well crafted, very beautiful are the Rilfessi and colors!
Congratulations!
A soon,
Simone

We were in the boat, in front of the lighthouse of the port mouth of the Lido of Venice... very strong, swirling current.
Most likely, those vortices brought to the surface the gelatinous "beast" (it looked like an immense egg to the eye floating ;-) )
Thank you so much for your attention, kind Reino "mountain" :-D
My best greetings to you! :-P
