In alternativa su questo scatto puoi usare anche il filtro high pass - duplichi il livello poi applichi filtro -> altro -> accentua passaggio con un raggio di 4 pixel (da provare anche altri valori) poi lo blendi con "sovrapponi" se non ti piace duplichi il livello finchè la nitidezza non ti aggrada... a questo punto crei un gruppo dei livelli high-pass (CTRL+G) e mascheri con una maschera di livello nero, poi con un pennello bianco soft fai venir fuori solo la zona che era fuori fuoco..
Verrebbe così:
Sul raw dovrebbe essere ancora migliore il risultato..
