C'è chi dice che non basta una vita intera per imparare a conoscere Jemaa El Fna. Benvenuti nel cuore vivo di Marrakech, la piazza che è simbolo del Marocco più autentico. Cartomanti e misteriosi venditori d'acqua, maghi e cantastorie cercano di attirare l'attenzione con campanelli e inviti in lingua francese. Gli incantatori di serpenti hanno fatto di questo luogo il loro teatro quotidiano. Fin dalla fondazione della città (quasi mille anni fa), la piazza offre questo spettacolo vivente all'ingresso della medina, nell'immensa area pedonale circondata da bar, ristoranti, boutique, che dal 2001 è riconosciuta dall'Unesco come patrimonio orale e immateriale dell'umanità.
