quando l'ho vista, dato anche il periodo, ho pensato subito ad un "lancio" di coriandoli (ma potrebbero essere anche dei "fuochi" d'artificio)! Poi, leggendo i commenti, ho visto che il mio pensiero non è stato per niente "originale" o, meglio, ho capito che è questa l'impressione che abbiamo avuto un pò... tutti!
La foto è stupenda, "piena" di colore (che, come ben sai, non "disdegno"), e di "dinamismo" (non sembra un'immagine statica ma da proprio l'impressione di qualcosa in rapido "movimento", " Un'espolsione di colori" , come appropriatamente la definisce Caterina)!
La messa a fuoco è bellissima, chirurgica, ed è particolarmente bello il contrapporsi delle parti a fuoco con quelle sfocate; la composizione, con il corpo del fiore che occupa la parte bassa e destra del fotogramma (formando con lo sfondo una specie di diagonale) è... magistrale!

È molto vero ciò che dici ed effettivamente non c'è un emergente polo attrattivo che fermi lo sguardo. Hai paragonato questo scatto ad un fuoco artificiale e come si assiste ad uno spettacolo pirotecnico assaporandone l'effetto di insieme, credo che anche questo scatto vada guardato così.
Personalmente, prima di perdersi nell'effetto generale, il mio sguardo segue una sorta di percorso a S accennato dai vari pistilli a partire dal lato superiore destro per finire dallo stesso lato in basso. Assolutamente nulla di fantascientifico! Quando mi dedico alle macro utilizzo esclusivamente la MAF in manuale e dunque decido io cosa mettere a fuoco e, stante la limitata PDC degli obiettivi macro, lo sfocato risulta di conseguenza e tanto più incisivo quanto più lontani sono i piani non a fuoco. Tutto qui!
In questo specifico caso ho giocato con la MAF sinché ho avuto a fuoco solo le antere.
