Walter... il nero è solo una scelta personale per i motivi che ho citato e descritto in altre risposte. Dalla strada che da Cignese (Alto Vergante, Terra dei due laghi) scende verso Baveno (e non verso Stresa!) ad un certo punto, non molto prima di giungere a Baveno, si spalanca questa visuale. Ho parcheggiato alla c... di cane per fare questo scatto!: Eeeek!!!

Comunque mi sembra di ricordare che è presso un piccolo parcheggio di un ristorante posto sotto la strada... chiaramente col tele è meglio, senno con un grandangolare ti prendi l'intero golfo borromeo! Grazie mille del passaggio! :-P
