si tratta del Chai, un tipo di thè che viene consumato tantissimo in tutto il gujarat! capita spesso di vedere gli indiani versare la bevanda nel piattino per poi berla direttamente da quest ultimo.. questa procedura avviene per far raffreddare il thè bollente così da poterlo bere immediatamente... gujarat 2013
