In molti dei tuoi ritratti noto la presenza dello sfondo scuro, quasi nero, per mettere in risalto solo e soltanto il soggetto ... bè, anche in questo caso la scelta è stata felicissima. I colori intensi di questo splendido primate catarrino non potevano esser evidenziati in modo migliore ... e madre natura c'ha messo molto e piacevolmente del suo per rendere il soggetto estremamente interessante ...

In many of your portraits known the presence of the background dark, almost black, to highlight only and only the subject ... Well, also in this case the choice was very happy. The intense colors of this beautiful catarrhine primate could not be shown in better way ... Mother Nature and drive was very pleasant and to make the subject of his extremely interesting ...

Lo sfondo nero mi è sempre piaciuto e, quando posso lo utilizzo spesso nei ritratti delle persone, ed in questo caso, anche se penso che non sia proprio da fotografia naturalistica... ,ho voluto fare uno strappo perché, almeno per i miei gusti, penso che con questo soggetta renda molto bene...
Io ho sempre pensato che il mandrillo fosse uno dei primati più belli ma dal vivo, al di là dell' emozione di vederlo nel suo ambiente, è ancora meglio di come me lo potessi aspettare!!
Adesso, per completare il progetto di fotografare tutti i grandi primati africani, non mi resta che organizzare per andare a vedere i bonobo

The black background I have always liked and when I can I use it often in portraits of people, and in this case, although I think that it is not just for nature photography ... I wanted to make an exception because, at least for my taste, I think that makes this subject very well ...
I always thought that the mandrill was one of the most beautiful primates but live outside of the 'thrill of seeing him in his environment, it is still better than what I could expect it! :-P:-P
Now, to complete the project of photographing all the great apes of Africa, I just have to arrange to go and see the bonobos ;-) grazie mille Massimo!!
