Il mulino d'Infersa, mulino a vento nelle saline di Marsala, è stato restaurato secondo lo schema costruttivo della prima generazione di motori eolici da Paolo Stampa, “Mastru Liddu”, uno degli ultimi maestri d'ascia trapanesi, il mulino d'Infersa è un vero e proprio capolavoro di archeologia industriale del 1500. Il mulino permette di “catturare” la forza del vento, che fa girare le pale ad un regime di 15/20 giri al minuto e che fa ruotare le macine a una frequenza di oltre 100 giri/minuto.
