Una vecchia masseria abbandonata nel territorio del Gargano. Tanti grillai e taccole in nidificazione. Arrivano 4 coppie di ghiandaie marine che ispezionano il posto e scelgono la parete nord, l'unica al riparo dal sole, per occupare le cavità presenti per deporre le uova. Dopo un'ora iniziano a discutere. Poi combattono per più di un'ora per stabilire chi occuperà la grande cavità presente.
