Dalla mia finestra vedevo questo e ho ripensato a quando si parlava di crisi immobiliare cinese: km di grattacieli vuoti o non terminati che si stanno degradando con il tempo. A sostegno della crisi il governo e le sue banche hanno concesso crediti che servono a ristrutturare e completare le case non ancora finite e lasciate a metà, ma non stimolano la domanda di case. Non aiutano a smaltire le case in eccesso, costruite e lasciate vuote. In altre parole, Pechino sta agendo ancora dal lato dell'offerta, e parzialmente, senza sostenere la domanda.
