Montesinaro (1032 m), frazione di Piedicavallo. Alta Valle Cervo. Nel periodo del suo massimo popolamento intorno al 1906 risiedevano stabilmente 1872 persone, e in paese era presente addirittura un asilo, che ora ospita l'unico negozio di alimentari che fornisce cibo e punto di aggregazione per chi ancora vive in questi luoghi. Oggi restano circa una cinquantina di abitanti che stoicamente resistono tutto l'anno. D'estate, va lì va là, tutto è verde e rigoglioso e fa pure fresco, ma d'inverno, con freddo, neve e ghiaccio, credo che serva l'amore con la "A" maiuscola.
