premettendo che la foto mi piace molto (fantastici gli alberi che spuntano sul centro destra, meravigliose le casette in alto, poi il trattore!) e vorrei averne scattata una così, ti lascio un suggerimento spassionato.
Dai dati vedo che hai scattato con treppiedi, quindi non avresti certo avuto problemi ad affrontare uno scatto con tempi di esposizione superiori.
Allora ti suggerisco: la prossima volta prova con f/8. Otterrai uno scatto che durerà qualche secondo, ma con una superiore resa, migliore nitidezza e (con un po' di fortuna) la nebbia "mossa".
Il soggetto è molto lontano f/8 permetterà di coprire una profondità di campo comunque ottima.
Scattavo anche io a f/16-f/32, mi ci è voluto molto per capire la netta differenza rispetto a uno scatto a f/8

premise that the photo I really like (fantastic trees sprouting on the center right, wonderful lodges at the top, then the tractor!) and I would have taken a well, I'll leave a tip dispassionate.
From the data I see you've taken with tripod, then you would not have had some trouble dealing with a shot with longer exposure times.
Then I suggest you: next time try f / 8. You'll get a shot that will last a few seconds, but with a higher yield, better sharpness and (with a little 'luck) the fog "move".
The subject is very far f / 8 will cover a depth of field still great.
I shot even I f / 16-f / 32, it took me a lot for leadersre the clear difference than a shot at f / 8
