È una delle più grandi feste del Bhutan. Si tiene nella capitale Thimphu per 3 giorni a partire dal decimo giorno dell'ottavo mese del calendario lunare. Si svolge nel cortile del Tashichhodzong ed è considerato uno dei più bei Tshechu del Bhutan occidentale. Migliaia di persone arrivano dagli altri distretti per partecipare alla festa. Essendo una festa religiosa, si ritiene che partecipandovi si guadagnino dei meriti. Ma è anche un raduno annuale in cui le persone si riuniscono per gioire insieme, indossando gli abiti della festa.
