Le isole Kornati (o Incoronate, in italiano) si ergono difronte alla costa dalmata (Croazia), a 15 miglia nautiche a ovest di Sebenico e 15 a sud di Zara. L'arcipelago è composto da 147 tra isole, isolotti e grossi scogli. Data la loro indiscutibile bellezza, sono persino conosciute come “la Polinesia dell'Adriatico” e sono la meta più indicata per i viaggiatori che hanno voglia di luoghi tranquilli, dove a regnare in maniera indiscussa sono la pace e la natura più vera.
