A destra dell'arco di Innocenzo XII si apre il Cortile delle Barrozze, così denominato dal nome dei carri agricoli che li stazionavano fino agli anni cinquanta del Novecento. Si accede al cortile tramite un ampio ingresso in muratura segnato da stemmi commendatoriali del XVII secolo sui lati, Tarugi sulla destra e Dondini sulla sinistra. Varcato l'ingresso si incontra un breve tratto di basolato romano ricollocato in epoca moderna con basoli provenienti da Roma. Sul lato sinistro del Cortile il fabbricato detto della Manica Corta, dinanzi la Manica Lunga che nel XVII e XVIII secolo aveva la funzione di granaio del borgo. Sulla facciata era collocato lo stemma del precettore Ruini del 1685, oggi conservato all'interno della Rocca. L'attuale facciata, alterata dagli interventi moderni, presenta uno stemma del precettore Aldrovandi e tre eleganti balaustre marmoree inserite nelle finestre, forse provenienti dalla chiesa dell'Assunta. A destra della piazza un cancello permette l'uscita verso il mare, seguono due grandi tavoli in travertino con canaletta al bordo per lo scolo. Provengono dalla tenuta del Cavaliere presso Roma dove erano utilizzati per la salatura dei formaggi.
