Fontana delle Arti di Via Margutta, originale fontanina a base triangolare, con vertici arrotondati e sormontati da un secchio di pennelli (in relazione alla vita artistica che si svolge in questa via sin dal XVII secolo), realizzata nel 1927 su progetto dell'architetto Pietro Lombardi, il quale realizzò altre fontanelle, tutte allusive, nelle decorazioni, agli stemmi dei rioni o alle attività dei luoghi, come la Fontana dei Libri, la Fontana delle Anfore, la Fontana delle Tiare, la Fontana della Pigna, la Fontana dei Monti, la Fontana della Botte, la Fontana delle Palle di Cannone e la Fontana del Timone. La fontana delle Arti, inserita in un arco marmoreo su paramento murario, è costituita da un insieme allegorico di cavalletti, tavolozze, maschere, pennelli e compassi da scultore. I due mascheroni centrali, uno triste ed uno lieto a significare l'alterno stato d'animo degli artisti, poggiano su mensole applicate su cavalletti da pittore e versano acqua in due piccole vasche sottostanti.
