Dal santuario di Santa Maria del Giogo, a 968 m d'altezza, si gode una stupenda vista panoramica, l'edificio è posizionato sull'antica via di transito che collegava il bacino del Sebino alla Val Trompia e a Brescia, dove si incontrano i confini di tre comuni: Sulzano, Polaveno e Gardone Val Trompia.
