Il sole è a picco. Fa molto caldo. Troppo per cacciare. Un gruppo di giovani leoni aspetta, vigile ma rilassato, all'ombra di un albero, il momento per mettersi al lavoro. Altrettanto fa il resto del branco, una decina di esemplari, al riparo degli ampi ombrelli delle acacie. L'arrivo provvidenziale di una jeep alle nostre spalle fa rizzare le orecchie dei giovani leoni che, incuriositi, si alzano e per qualche istante guardano verso di noi. Quest'immagine del gruppo, allineato e composto, mi fa tornare in mente la foto di classe alla fine della scuola…
