Il 13 settembre scorso sono tornato a Colonnata per due motivi il primo per godere del "bianco lardo", il secondo per godere del "bianco marmo". Partiamo dal primo "bianco" il Re di Colonnata, arrivato in paese mi sono messo in cerca di un locale dove poter mangiare il famoso lardo e dopo un giro di scelta tra i vicoli del paese il mio pranzo è andato a buon fine, strano ma ho scelto il locale Dal Tecchiaiolo Yogurteria e Crêperia, che ci azzecca ecco qua: il piatto era già pronto (causa restrizioni covid era da asporto ma si poteva mangiare all'esterno nei loro tavoli) composto da una selezione di salumi eccezionali, una crepe calda con all'interno lardo di colonnata e pomodorini una bomba per il palato, patate fritte, acqua e caffè, se non ricordo male il tutto a 15€ !!?? Diciamo che mi sono tenuto leggero il vassoio degli affettati me lo sono portato dietro per la merenda:fgreen: perché dopo la mangiata ed era tutto gustosissimo dovevo affrontare una camminata con questo percorso.
