Significa che ho fatto tre esposizioni per "catturare" l'intera gamma dinamica della scena essendo un contro luce (una per i toni medi, una per le alte luci e una per le ombre, a volte servono anche altri scatti in più dipende dalla scena e dagli elementi che la compongono) e poi ho replicato lo scatto esposto per le ombre con il dito a copertura del sole per eliminare il flare (in questo caso ne è bastato uno solo di scatto, in altre situazioni replico tutte e tre le esposizioni se questo serve ad eliminare ogni traccia di flare). Poi in PS unisco manualmente i quattro scatti per evitare l'effetto a volte palesemente artefatto di Photomatix. E' più laborioso, ci vuole tanta pratica, ma alla fine dà qualche soddisfazione.

It means I've done three shows to "catch" the entire dynamic range of the scene being against a light (one for the mids, one for highlights and one for shadows, sometimes also serve other shots more dependent on scene and the elements that compose it) and then I repeated the shot exposed for the shadows with your finger to cover the sun to eliminate the flare (in this case it is enough for only one shooting, in other situations replied all three shows if this helps to eliminate any trace of flare). Then in PS join manually four shots to avoid the sometimes blatantly artifact of Photomatix. And 'more work, it takes a lot of practice, but eventually gives some satisfaction.

Si, è stata scattata nei primi giorni di febbraio!
Le condizioni di luce sono ideali in quel periodo, il sole non è mai troppo alto e ci sono sempre lunghissime albe e altrettanti tramonti.
Quella purtroppo è stata l'unica alba con condizioni di cielo favorevoli, ma mi hanno spiegato che in genere di inverno il meteo è mediamente più stabile rispetto all'estate.
