Per come la vedo io, in scatti del genere un errore di maf penalizza fortemente il risultato...e qui la testa non è perfettamente a fuoco...

Atmosfera colta, cromie, sfocato, composizione al top! La maf anticipata non ha coinvolto la testa e di conseguenza il particolare fondamentale in un ritratto: l'occhio.. .
Visto il corpo reflex, l'ottica e presumo la ridotta distanza di messa a fuoco avevi, secondo me, margini per chiudere il diaframma, alzare gli iso e decentrare il punto di af sulla guanciotta . (imho).

Cultured atmosphere, colors, focus, composition at the top :-)! The maf advance has not involved the head and consequently the fundamental particular in a portrait: the eye ..: fconfuso:.
Having regard to the camera body, the lens and I guess the short distance focus had, in my opinion, margins to close the iris, raise the ISO and decentralize the point f on guanciotta. (Imho).

quoto Elleemme... in effetti era quello che stavo scrivendo questa mattina subito dopo aver visto che la foto era stata "nominata" come Editor's Pick, ed ovvero che notavo il fuori fuoco che doveva cadere sull' occhio del volatile ed invece ciò non è avvenuto... poi ho desistito... 
in effetti con una attrezzatura del genere (circa 15.000,00 euro nuova se non mi sbaglio) e il costo del viaggio in costarica, personalmente mi morderei le mani e non solo quelle

in fact a kind of equipment (approximately 15.000,00 euro new if I'm not mistaken) and the cost of travel in costa rica, personally I morderei hands and not just those:-D

Se si vuol passare sopra al fatto che l'occhio non sia a fuoco,devo riconoscere,che nel complesso rimane una foto molto gradevole,sia per il soggetto,che per come è ambientata.
Dovendo scegliere se postarla o meno, credo che a malincuore non l'avrei postata.
Tuttavia anche notando l'imperfezione rimane una foto molto piacevole.
