Leonardo

A nice reportage, by the way it looks like a film shot, it strikes the humble and sincere gaze of this worker.

Matt and Fiorenzo your visit is particularly welcome to me; Fiorenzo, I welcome your phrase with great pleasure, at the bottom of my heart I remained an "analog" and the reference to the film can only please me very much ! As well as the comment on the look of the shoe shine :
paese and people perhaps little known, the Turkish one but that can be said beautiful country and beautiful people !
I will go back to Turkey (I hope so, at least !! ) and try to do even better !
A warm and sincere greeting to you and ... good light !

strong title highly classy if you don't provide an articulate and well explained caption, I don't like the presentation for me has a that is vacuous and quite offensive

Leonardo

Too good Juliet , honored by passage and commentary ; yes, there are many contrasts in Turkey, country eternally suspended between Asia and Europe, between Christianity and Islamism, between ancient and modern, archaic and very modern ... can't wait to go back and... bring back some nice pictures of course !
A warm greeting!

The shots that portray ancient crafts and therefore tell something interesting and original I really like ... this by the way is also well made ... good!

A beautiful document to keep as a testimony of a place and a work that I have never even had time to see with us. Just a few automatic stains in some hotel. Greetings Valerio

Good morning Valerio ; in fact, in that type of economy, which, however, unlike what one might think, is much more dynamic and enterprising than ours, certain activities, certain "trades" have absolutely no secondary value.
As I understand , the Turkish people are much more pragmatic than ours and this, combined with an attachment to tradition now disappearing in our country, means that certain activities, as they are still profitable, still exist, also facilitated by a bureaucracy and a tax system that are certainly not paralyzing and rapinous as we do.
This as well as many other "minor" professions, snubbed by us but that cola'da danno da vivere and therefore, why not?
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your attention and kind words and I wish you a happy day.
Good light to you !
Leonardo
