Ponte su barche di Torre d'Oglio, tra i comuni di Marcaria e Viadana, in provincia di Mantova. "Il ponte di Torre d'Oglio è un ponte stradale di barche sul fiume Oglio che collega San Matteo delle Chiaviche e Cesole in provincia di Mantova. Il nome deriva da una torre che ospitava un convento non lontano da dove era ubicato il ponte. La struttura, costruita nel 1926, si trova dentro il Parco dell'Oglio Sud. Fu costruito nel 1926; nel 1945 fu bombardato e alcune barche affondarono ma il ponte fu sistemato e riaperto. E' uno degli ultimi esempi di ponte di chiatte in Italia. Un tempo il ponte veniva spostato a livelli di approdo sempre più alti per assecondare il livello del fiume. Recenti lavori di ammodernamento collocano stabilmente il ponte in corrispondenza del quarto approdo. [cit. Wikipedia; parcoogliosud]. Alcuni colori rimaneggiati con Gimp.
